What does it cost?
$59 a month for each office seat (owner, dispatcher) and $19 for each crew member, with a minimum of two office seats. There's a one-time setup fee that covers moving your data in, setting up your workflows and three training sessions; we confirm it on the call. Founding movers keep their monthly rates for 24 months. Pay monthly by card, or yearly and save about 17%.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. You pay month to month and can cancel anytime; service runs to the end of the month you've paid for. The setup fee is refundable in full until your first onboarding session.
How long does setup take?
We load your jobs, crews, pay rates and rate card with you, train your team in three short sessions, and stay with you for the first 60 days. Have your job list, crew names, pay rates and rate card handy. [Typical days to first live week: TBD]
Do my crews need smartphones?
Yes, any iPhone or Android phone. Crews open Starlogix in their phone's browser to see the schedule and clock in and out. Nothing to install. A dedicated Starlogix app is coming soon.
Will it work for my kind of moves?
Starlogix was built with a hot tub mover, and it's set up for any specialty move: pianos, safes, gym equipment, spas. We load your item types and rates for you.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Your jobs, customers and invoices are yours. Export them anytime, including for 30 days after you cancel.
What happens on the call?
